This guide uses Rabby Wallet, a secure browser wallet that supports Ethereum Classic.
- Open Chrome β Extensions β Visit Chrome Web Store
- Search for Rabby Wallet
- Click Add to Chrome and confirm
Never share it. Never screenshot it. Never enter it on any website.
After setting a strong password, your wallet will be ready. Switch the network to Ethereum Classic (ETC) and copy your receive address.
2. Swap ETC for ETCPOWv2 π
Open the official ETCMCv2 swap website and connect your wallet.
- Connect Rabby or MetaMask
- Verify the site URL is correct
- Ensure network is Ethereum Classic
- Select ETC β ETCPOW
Once confirmed, your ETCPOWv2 balance will appear in your wallet.
3. Buy a Node License from the Marketplace π
Visit the official ETCMCv2 Marketplace and connect your wallet.
- Approve ETCPOW usage
- Sort licenses by price (Low β High)
- Buy the cheapest available license
4. Install ETCMCv2 Client on Windows π
Download the latest ETCMCv2 client from the official website.
- Run the installer
- Accept license terms
- Finish setup
5. Start and Register Your Node π
Launch the ETCMCv2 Client and start the node.
Your browser will open localhost:5000/login
- Username:
admin - Password:
password
- Enter your NFT-ID
- Enter your email
- Paste your wallet address
- Click Register Node
6. Stake ETCPOWv2 for Claiming π
Staking ETCPOWv2 is required to claim node rewards.
- Stake is locked for 30 days
- 10% penalties after unlock
- Supports network stability
Verify staking status from your node dashboard settings.
